Did a BRUTAL Barry’s class today and binned it off in my head about a million times 😂🙈 but I got there and got it done!
Everything feels a little hard at the moment, but sometimes you just have to show up, even when your mood says NO.
Not every day is about smashing it. Some days, just turning up is the win. ❤️
