Inspired by the floral beadwork Carter created for his vest, the palette and design details brought his Métis heritage into the heart of the celebration. Soft blue, rich burgundy and peach unfolded against the warm timber of Buffalo Crossing, with golden light across the water.

Honouring Mia’s French roots and Carter’s Métis heritage, the day reflected their shared, down-to-earth spirit; warm, welcoming and deeply personal.
