Nice work, man! But honestly, I wouldn’t trust that niche after all the failures they’ve been having. I don’t trust any of their products anymore. I’ve always thought Schluter made great products when they were installed correctly, but when professionals who know what they’re doing are still experiencing failures, that’s a major red flag. And the facts their warranty means nothing. If I were you, I’d definitely caulk all the seams in that niche and add another layer of waterproofing. I wouldn’t take any chances with it. 🤙🏼
