OCT001-26 - a moment of self-reflection the pre-race before the main race - I’m on my way to Tokyo, to run the Tokyo Legacy Half and I couldn’t be more excited.

With a couple of my favourite people.

I never knew running would take me half way across the world, when I started this journey at the end of 2021 with @runtheboroughs

The running is amazing but the family that comes with it is what makes it all so special, it makes every stride better and makes every week that much more enjoyable.

Running will forever be my discipline, but this year I understood what it meant to put some passion behind it - with every run easy or hard, I’m learning to love it more and more.

And it’s not for the mass or recognition, but the sense of fulfilment from trying really fucking hard on the days you really don’t want to do it.

The feeling of digging deep when you feel like you’ve got nothing more to give.

Running doesn’t get easier, but you do get better at it with consistency and repetition.

Yes this was Ai - no this wasn’t real.

It was just me playing around with how everyone has been exciting this trend that has been going around.

Prompting on Ai is a crazy thing and seeing how far it’s come in 3 years it’s quite crazy.

Anyone this was just for fun - saw Thor and Ironman get lit and I felt the fomo - so added some of the boys into this one 🤣
