🏡 More affordable housing. Stronger neighborhoods. A brighter future for Detroit.

The City of Detroit is celebrating the grand opening of Canfield Parks Apartments, bringing 60 new affordable homes to the historic Woodbridge neighborhood!

Located at 4401 Rosa Parks Blvd., this $25.8 million development features modern, energy-efficient apartments, accessible housing options, community gathering spaces and ground-floor commercial space designed to bring neighbors together.

This milestone reflects a resident led vision to preserve affordability, strengthen neighborhood connections and protect the character that makes Woodbridge special.

Building more than housing, we’re building community, opportunity and a stronger Detroit. 🏙️

Stop affordable housing. I’ve seen the people the move into the buildings. Most of them aren’t trying to move further in life and are just taking advantage of the system. They don’t help boost the economy and make the city worse.
