My birthday was September 28, but that weekend was my friend’s wedding, and I wasn’t about to make it about me. Then I went on a HORRIBLE date and honestly didn’t even feel like celebrating anymore. LOL. (I talk about it in my podcast)

В Казахстане разрабатывают методические рекомендации по правилам приветствия среди школьников. Рабочую группу сформировала Национальная академия образования имени Ы. Алтынсарина при Министерстве просвещения. Документ планируют подготовить с учётом мнений учёных, экспертов, представителей гражданского общества, государственных органов и участников образовательного процесса, передает ИА «NewTimes.kz».

Об этом говорится в ответеМинистерства просвещения на депутатский запрос о культуре приветствия среди обучающихся.

Что предлагают изменить

В министерстве отметили, что культура приветствия связана с национальными традициями, уважением к старшим, почтительным отношением к младшим, а также взаимным уважением и вежливостью.
⠀
По данным ведомства, работа по формированию этих ценностей ведётся в рамках единой программы воспитания «Адал азамат». Она направлена на развитие у обучающихся национальных и общечеловеческих ценностей, ответственности, взаимного уважения и соблюдения норм культурного поведения.

Программа разработана во исполнение поручения президента Касым-Жомарта Токаева, озвученного на втором заседании Национального курултая в Туркестане. Её утвердили приказом министра просвещения от 30 июля 2024 года № 194.

В основу программы легли ценности новой Конституции, а также идеологемы «Таза Қазақстан», «Закон и порядок» и «Человек труда».

Где реализуется программа «Адал азамат»
⠀
Как сообщили в Министерстве просвещения, программа охватывает все 20 877 организаций образования Казахстана. В их числе:

• 12 066 дошкольных организаций;
• 8 048 школ;
• 763 колледжа.
⠀
Программа реализуется в рамках учебной и внеурочной воспитательной работы, классных и курсовых часов.
⠀
Её основные ценности – независимость и патриотизм, единство и солидарность, справедливость и ответственность, закон и порядок, трудолюбие и профессиональная компетентность, созидание и новаторство. Они включены в Государственный общеобязательный стандарт образования и содержание учебно-воспитательного процесса в организациях образования.

Соответствующий стандарт утверждён приказом министра просвещения от 23 января 2025 года № 12.
