ETSU College of Health Sciences

Dr. Lisa Dunkley and Professor Deidra Rogers, a professor in ETSU Department of Counseling and Human Services department, secured an Allstate Foundation College Service Grant, which they used to increase accessibility at ETSU's through Disability Services. Dr. Dunkley developed the REACH Youth Ambassador Program to help advance accessibility and inclusion across campus. The grant provided more than $9,000 in assistive devices and technology designed to support students with disabilities. Students can access devices and training through the new Emma Kate Disability Resource Center in The Culp. These new resources will help reduce barriers, increase access, and provide students with additional tools to support their success at ETSU. How cool is that!
