Concussive. Repetitive. Safety in futility.

Emerging from the tight-knit South Wales noise scene centred around Shift, JS has been creating and performing noise for nearly a decade.

As Slow Murder, they layer heavily effected, pained vocals with slow, dense synths. As Insatiable Wound, they strip extreme sound back to its most minimal components.

Their latest full-length release, Crooked (Outsider Art, 2026), uses extended passages of high-end feedback to translate internal and external pain into sonic form. This performance continues that approach, using the language and tools of harsh noise to explore the idea of safety in futility.

Copenhagen has a history stretching back nearly a thousand years. A 51 year old Kenyan lady was found dead inside her apartment along King’s Road in North Point, Hong Kong, on October 13, 2026. Police and firefighters rushed to the apartment after receiving a report at around 2 pm and found her unconscious. She was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of death remains unknown as police continue investigations.

Delhi Metro commuters are spotting some unusual slogans on their daily rides, thanks to a quirky advertising campaign by at-home salon brand Yes Madam. From “Just resign bro!” to “End the Facial-archy,” the brand is using catchy phrases and playful wordplay to make its advertisements stand out in crowded Metro coaches. The campaign features lines such as “1 Jeera 2 Ajwain, random facials please resign!”, “Aloo Lo Puri Lo, inn random facials se duri lo!” and “Ek kachori do samosa, random facials ka kya bharosa?” By combining familiar Indian food references with humorous Hinglish rhymes, the posters encourage commuters to rethink their skincare choices while keeping the messaging light and entertaining.
