Have you ever tried acorn brownies? Get your chance at this weekend’s Sunol Heritage Festival, celebrating all the cultures that make up the tapestry of history in the East Bay.
Cafe Ohlone, the only Ohlone restaurant in the world, will offer samples from its menu, like these acorn brownies. Acorns have traditionally been a staple for the Ohlone people, and these treats exemplify the celebration of heritage at the heart of the festival.
You’ll also get a chance to catch a folclórico performance from
@ensamblefolcloricocolibri, listen to live music by Muleskinner Stomp, and learn about how life used to be in Sunol. Come join the fun!
