Sometimes, even during a full home remodel, unexpected issues come up. 🏠🔨
At our Del Mar project, we discovered an existing balcony leak that wasn’t caused by our work. Now we’re opening up more of the ceiling to investigate the damage while making sure the surrounding areas get a clean Level 5 drywall finish.
It’s all about addressing the issues properly and making sure every detail looks right. 💪
