📚🎶 Elisa Díaz Castelo is one of those rare writers who seems equally at home in fiction, poetry, and translation.

Her celebrated novel MALACRÍA explores disappearance, inheritance, secrets, and the ways the past is never really dead. Moving between mystery, and intimate family drama, it announces a bold and distinctive voice.

As a translator, Díaz Castelo has introduced Spanish-language readers to the work of Ocean Vuong. She also gave Rosalía a voice in English when she translated LUX's lyrics for the album's anglophone release.

Her poetry, collected in books such as PRINCIPIA and EL REINO DE LO NO LINEAL, is a plethora of scientific curiosity, finding unexpected connections between black holes and everyday life. ✨📖
