Just trying to understand why the funds were sent to California in support of PG County residents? Is there not 1-2 local nonprofit in PG County to provide these services? Lastly, why transfer funds to CA to transform lives that CA nonprofits are not intimately aware of in PG County issues/needs from afar, just asking.

It’s not a coincidence that now all of this is hitting the news. Definitely a distraction as GOP superpac donors and lobbyists definitely want in on PG County. And will mess up a person reputation to get a foothold. Don’t get it twisted. It’s a diversion tactic for sure as this council is more focused on us than any other in the last 10 years or more.
