Prince George’s County, I’m asking you to stand with me and say no to fast‑tracking hyperscale data centers. I’ve heard your concerns about nonstop noise, heavy truck traffic, and the massive pull on our energy and water without clear, lasting benefits for our neighborhoods, schools, and small businesses. We deserve independent studies, strong siting rules that keep industrial uses away from homes and schools, and real, enforceable community benefits before any proposal of this scale moves forward. Please email the Council and urge a YES vote, and call your District Councilmember to share what this would mean for your family and your block. Let’s choose responsible, community centered growth that protects our health, environment, and quality of life.

A budget isn’t just numbers — it’s priorities in action.

County Chair Krystal Oriadha highlights a key concern in the current proposal: funds are being discussed, but not officially allocated. Without clear commitments, it raises real questions about transparency, accountability, and whether communities will actually see the investment they’ve been promised.

Take a listen and decide what responsible budgeting should look like.

Clearing the narrative and setting the record straight 🏛️🗣️

Chair Krystal Oriadha emphasizes that the Use & Occupancy Fees bill is not anti-business or anti-immigration—it’s about smart, intentional economic development in Prince George’s County. A step toward growth that uplifts communities, supports responsible businesses, and builds a stronger future for all. 📈✨

🏡 Affordable housing starts with exploring what’s possible!

I recently visited affordable housing developments in Virginia to see firsthand how innovative housing solutions can help create more opportunities for our residents here in Prince George’s County.

My goal is simple: bring these same possibilities to District 7 and ensure that more families, seniors, and working residents have access to quality, affordable places to call home.

We’re not just talking about affordable housing. We’re exploring what it takes to make it a reality right here in our community! 💙

Recently, I advocated for continued funding for women’s shelters and senior shelters across Prince George’s County.

These shelters provide more than just a roof over someone’s head. They offer safety, stability, dignity, and a chance for a better tomorrow.

Our women and seniors deserve access to the resources and support they need, and I will continue to make sure their needs are part of the conversation.

Investing in our most vulnerable residents is investing in the future of our community. 💜

💼💰 Investing in small businesses means investing in the future of Prince George’s County!

A $1 million investment into the Subcontractor Advancement Cohort is helping local subcontractors grow, expand their opportunities, and take the next step toward becoming prime contractors.

This is about more than funding. It’s about breaking barriers, creating opportunities, and building generational wealth for our small business community.

When our businesses thrive, Prince George’s County thrives! 💫

PART 2 | Continuing the Conversation 🏛️

The conversation doesn’t stop here.

As we continue addressing FY26 concerns, my focus remains on ensuring that public funds are handled responsibly, questions are answered, and our communities have a voice in the process.

Accountability isn’t just about asking tough questions. It’s about making sure we follow through with meaningful action.

Our residents deserve transparency, accountability, and answers when it comes to how taxpayer dollars are being spent.

During Council, I raised important concerns surrounding FY26 funding and the decisions that impact our communities.

These conversations aren’t always easy, but they are necessary to ensure we’re making responsible decisions and putting our residents first.

Part 3:

I understand the questions surrounding Community on the Front Line and the concerns about my relationship with the organization’s Executive Director.

That’s why I want to ensure everyone has access to the facts. The legislation and supporting documentation are available online for the public to review.

I believe in transparency, accountability, and making sure our community has the information it deserves.

Part 1:

I hear your concerns, and I understand the frustration. When millions of dollars in public funding are being questioned, our community deserves answers.

That’s why I’m addressing the questions directly.

I don’t expect you to simply take my word for it. We’ve made the legislation, funding documents, and supporting records available for you to review.

I will always fight for investment in our communities, but investment and accountability must go hand in hand.
