🎃 NYC Village Halloween Parade 2026 Date: Saturday, October 31, 2026 Time: 7:00 PM – approximately 11:00 PM Location: Greenwich Village, Manhattan Route: The procession travels north along 6th Avenue, starting around the Canal Street/King Street area and continuing to West 15th Street. The parade’s official pages describe the southern starting/staging area slightly differently, but Sixth Avenue is the main parade route throughout. Watching: Free. You can watch from either side of Sixth Avenue. Crowds: The official organizers say the stretch from Bleecker Street to 14th Street gets especially crowded. Want to march? You must wear a costume. Public marcher entry begins around 6:30 PM, with the lineup around Canal/Spring/Broome Streets near Sixth Avenue. For a family: I would avoid the Bleecker-to-14th Street section if you want a little more breathing room. The southern portion near King Street/Canal Street can be a better option, but I would still arrive quite early because this parade attracts very large crowds.
