🚨 Ryan Smith just revealed what downtown Salt Lake is about to become.

Renderings show a walkable street connecting the Delta Center to City Creek 🏙️ with a hotel, restaurants, shops, offices and a new 6,000 seat Live Nation venue 🎤

The Salt Palace gets rebuilt, and the goal is to have the whole district done before the 2034 Olympics 🏔️

Housing is part of the plan, but the numbers and type haven’t been announced yet 👀

💬 Would this make you spend more time downtown? Tell me below.

📲 Follow along for what this means for Utah real estate.

If this is so great, why isn’t Ryan paying for it himself?

How often does the toxic dust get blown into downtown from the GSL. The city needs to sort this out before it gets developed!

How much of the billionaire's vanity project will be no-charge to the tax payers footing the bill?

Maybe if it wasn’t so homophobic and still in its prohibition era

There is nothing downtown for a 78 year old man. There is also no reason for me to be paying an increased sales tax to help subsidize a billionaire's pipe dream. I haven't hung around downtown SLC since they knocked down the Centre Theater.

Ryan has too much influence or what? Since Utah raised taxes without even the concent of the people. That’s an insult to the freedom and rights we have.

Not until they lift the stupid liquor laws here and allow Bars to stay open later…. We need more nightlife downtown if this place is gonna flourish at all.
