On November 21st I’ll be facilitating a 2-hour workshop anchoring participants into gratitude (just in time for Thanksgiving!), with all proceeds going toward Her Resilient Sea.

Her Resilient Sea is a nonprofit I am on the board of that supports women veterans in reconnecting to themselves, community, & nature through surf therapy, community building, & creative expression!

I am so passionate about helping women embody their authentic selves, so Her Resilient Sea & Hot Yoga Deland are both communities I am honored to be a part of, & excited to share about!

In the workshop we’ll anchor into gratitude through reflective journaling & meditation, & then let all those amazing vibrations sink into our bodies through an hour-long sound journey at the end.
