SoCo Women’s Chorus

Spencer Spotlight ✨

Meet Spencer Wiley, SoCo’s Resident Clinician for Joyful, Joyful! A Gospel Holiday.

Spencer is a true gem of a human and a deeply gifted clinician, conductor, and music educator. We’re so grateful for the wisdom, musical insight, and generous heart he’s bringing to SoCo this season. Spencer, you’ve found a home among our voices, and we’re so glad you’re here.

For the past eight years, Spencer has been the head choir director at Harker Heights High School in Killeen ISD. His choirs sing a wide variety of styles and have earned recognition at UIL Concert and Sight-Reading contests, the International Championship of High School A Cappella, and the Aca-Tex Vocal Festival. In 2024, his varsity mixed choir was invited to perform at the Texas Music Educators Association convention.

Spencer also serves as an invited clinician and adjudicator across Texas, and is a member of TMEA, TMAA, TCDA, and ACDA.
