Серик Жумангарин: налоговая реформа удалась Заместитель Премьер-министра — Министр национальной экономики РК Серик Жумангарин заявил, что налоговая реформа уже принесла бюджету 3 трлн тенге за девять месяцев. В конце прошлого года прогнозировали поступления свыше 4 трлн тенге. По словам Жумангарина, до конца года эта сумма составит минимум 3,6 трлн тенге, а возможно, и больше. При этом экономика страны выросла на 4,2% — несмотря на недобычу 6 млн тонн нефти, укрепление тенге и охлаждение потребительского кредитования. Отдельно министр отметил роль НДС: сегодня это налог-лидер по поступлениям в бюджет, на который приходится более 37% налоговых доходов. Число юридических лиц — плательщиков НДС выросло примерно на 37 тысяч. Для сравнения: в предыдущие годы прирост составлял 4–6 тысяч. «Я считаю, что она не просто удалась, она себя великолепным образом ведёт», — так Серик Жумангарин оценил результаты налоговой реформы. По его мнению, изменение показателей говорит о перестройке самой структуры предпринимательства. Поэтому с утверждением, что прогнозы по налоговой реформе не оправдались, он не согласен.
