Strong performance in multifamily is rarely the work of one person.

Several CRC community and service teams have been nominated for 2026 MMHA Star Awards, recognizing the collaboration, consistency and shared accountability it takes to operate communities well.

These nominations are a reflection of what teams can accomplish when everyone plays a role.

مسعود پزشکیان، در حاشیه اجلاس سران هفدهمین کنفرانس اعضای کنوانسیون تنوع زیستی و در دیدار با نخست‌وزیر گرجستان، گفت که جمهوری اسلامی به دنبال سلاح هسته‌ای نیست و تبلیغات مخرب علیه ایران دروغ است. پزشکیان اضافه کرد: «ما همیشه آماده گفت‌وگو بوده‌ایم، آن‌ها فکر می‌کنند می‌توانند ما را تسلیم کنند اما ما زیر بار زور نخواهیم رفت.» رییس دولت جمهوری اسلامی افزود: «تحریم‌های آمریکا علیه ما خارج از چارچوب‌های انسانی و حملات آن‌ها در ماه‌های گذشته، غیرقابل‌توجیه و غیرانسانی است.»
