🤯 ... I've been HOT FLASHING for 8.5 years and counting due to breast cancer active- and post treatment.

🥵 ... Before I went on a aupport drug... I had around 125 per day... got it down to around 75 per day... then a year after being on said support drug... my med onc double the dosage... now I have around 10 to 30 per day on average... but today has been relentless... like nonstop...

😂 ... Rip clothing off... put clothing back on... rip it off... put it back on.

🤯 ... Hot flashes (and / or night sweats... it'sall the same) are like long-term slow torture. 😀

I refuse to take their drug that induces menopause and is like a cancer drug. Finished keytruda... no thankksss.. with you lady. Much love. Think of it as .youre in a sauna! Sweating out environmental pollutants!!! 😂

So I was thinking about this when it was 49 degrees outside and my home is too hot at 68 degrees so I still put the AC on at night and then when I was driving around today I had the AC on the lowest setting on full blast cause I was just too hot 😂

It’s so weird —-I almost passed out in a restaurant one day—I had to put my head down because the nausea felt so scary to me and then it hit and I was like…I need to lay down. In a Ramen restaurant 😂. How have women gone through this without sharing?!?!?
