Chicken Pastina Soup Ingredients * 2 cartons chicken broth * 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded * 1 onion, roughly chopped * ¾ bag baby carrots (or equivalent regular carrots) * 4–6 stalks celery, chopped * 5 cloves garlic * Olive oil * 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon chicken base * Salt * Black pepper * Garlic powder * Parsley * Pastina * Freshly grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano, for topping Directions In a large pot, add olive oil, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, Better Than Bouillon, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and parsley. Pour in 1 carton of chicken broth, cover, and let everything cook until the vegetables are very soft. Once the vegetables are soft, blend everything until smooth using an immersion blender or transfer to a regular blender. Add the second carton of chicken broth and stir to combine. Boil your pastina separately according to package directions. Add the shredded rotisserie chicken to the soup and let everything heat through. Serve over the cooked pastina and top with plenty of freshly grated Locatelli Pecorino Romano. #chickensoup #pastina #italianfood #comfortfood #soupseason
A simple thank-you note somehow turned into an internet-wide handwriting challenge. 😭✍️ Angelina Jolie reportedly left the handwritten message for staff at the Aldemar Olympian Village in Greece while staying there during the filming of Maria. Originally shared by the resort in 2023, the note recently resurfaced online and racked up millions of views as people tried to decipher her flowing cursive. Behind the difficult-to-read handwriting is actually a sweet message thanking the staff for a relaxing stay and mentioning how much the film’s cast enjoyed their time there. Now the internet has one question: can you actually read what she wrote? 👀 Send this to the friend who claims they can read any handwriting.
Mirror Tap 🤒 // side note, I promised myself that if I made a mistake again that I’d be done. It’s been a little over a year since my last mirror tap, and I’m glad I can end it with a minor tap as following. If anyone knows the Kia driver please have them contact me with proof so I can compensate them in full. Thank you to everyone who supported me throughout this journey and I think it’s about time for a new chapter! 🏁 #carguy #carinstagram #traffic #swim #bmw
