We talk about:
🔸 The difference between safety and violence
🔸 How culture, kinship and connection protect us

Hands can destroy.
Hands can build.

They can push away, or pull someone closer.
They can carry burdens, wipe away tears, teach, protect, and heal.

At this retreat, I found myself drawn to the quiet moments. No faces needed. Just hands working together, creating together, learning together.

Sometimes the strongest connection isn’t seen in expressions. It’s found in the simple act of reaching out. taken in Wisemans Ferry, New South Wales, Australia by @dvlx.media
