Euforie, štěstí, hrdost, pokora a především obrovská VDĚČNOST!

BUĎ BERAN, NE OVCE! 🐏

Fitness isn’t supposed to be a one-stop shop.
It is something that should be part of your lifestyle.

You will sometimes meet your goal. Even surpass it.
You will sometimes not fully get there before your goal changes into something else.

But don’t quit. Don’t stop working on your health and fitness because it gets tough.
It is supposed to be.

If you ever want to do something different, in life, in a relationship, or in your profession, you will meet resistance.
Doing anything different from what your brain is used to is HARD.
But that type of hardship is easier to deal with than the consequences of not trying.

20+ years, and I am still a newbie in a lot of things and an expert in plenty.
That’s kind of the whole point. 🦋

Embrace never-ending progress, and you will see that, all of a sudden, it becomes the most rewarding journey yet.

And if you’re ready to make fitness a part of your life rather than another temporary goal, comment COACHIDA
and I’ll tell you more about how we coach at IBFIT.

I was filming these two recently and couldn’t help but partially melt when I saw the calf slide in and give its mum a bit of a hug 🤗
The love displayed between mother humpbacks and their babies is something that gives anyone who’s witnessed it, a warm mushy feeling 🫠
I’ll be monitoring the number of awwws and cutes I’m sure you guys will be expressing towards these two, hope your week is going well so far. Happy humpback day 🐋🩵🐋
