“What every man really wants...” ❤️

@terrycrews opens up about one of the biggest realisations of his life: his need for intimacy.

He explains that true intimacy means being willing to open up about both the good and the bad, even when it feels uncomfortable.

His journey took courage, but learning to be vulnerable helped him understand what he really needed.

If you’re not willing to open up, how can you ever build the connection you’re looking for?

No one will ever love the real me, so no one will ever get to see it.

I think there's a lot of truth in what Terry is saying here. As men, we can become so focused on being strong, being successful and appearing to have everything under control that we forget how important it is to let people see when we're struggling. I've learnt that opening up isn't always comfortable, particularly when you've spent years dealing with things on your own. But being able to have those honest conversations and feel understood can make a real difference, both to your mental health and your relationships.
