Quick one for anyone who does their own selling.

On a lot of first sales calls, the seller is the expert. They walk through the deck, explain the offer and handle objections. The prospect mostly listens.

Our research interviews run the other way. The founder we're interviewing is the expert, because it's their business and their industry. We ask questions and they do most of the talking. If it's a good fit, the offer only comes up at the very end.

From what we've seen, people relax a lot more when they're the one getting asked what they think.

What's a question about your business you wish more people would ask you?

Could be a big question or a tiny one. Doesn't matter, we just want to hear what it is.
