[키에리] 공주밤티라미슈 이야기🌰
공주에 햇밤이 열리면 가장 큰 사이즈로 키에리에 보내집니다.
요즘 밤 손질해서 냉동이나 냉장유통도 정말 잘 되어 있는 걸로 알고 있어요.
하지만! 키에리 디저트에 사용되는 계절과일들은 모두 생물로 받아 직접 손질해서 사용합니다.
물론 힘들고 시간도 들지만 그래도 직접 손질하고 눈으로 봐야 재료의 신선함을 확인 할 수 있는 것 같아요😊
키에리의 공주밤티라미슈는 작년보다 밤을 더 많이 넣었어요.
작년엔 옥광밤을 사용해서 향이 짙었던 거고
올해는 공주밤을 사용해서 옥광밤을 따라올 순 없지만! (옥광밤은 공주밤 가격의 두배랍니다😢)
그래서 밤 양을 더 많이 넣었어고 밤이 듬뿍 들어갔음을 아실 거에요💕
마지막 키에리의 가을 디저트입니다.
끝으로 갈수록 키에리를 찾아 주시는 분들이 많아질것 같아요.

[Kyeri] The Story of Gongju Chestnut Tiramisu 🌰
When fresh autumn chestnuts ripen in Gongju, the largest ones are sent straight to Kyeri.
I know that frozen or refrigerated pre-peeled chestnuts are very well distributed these days.
However! All seasonal fruits used in Kyeri's desserts are received fresh as raw ingredients and prepared by hand.
Of course it's tough and time-consuming, but inspecting and prepping them with our own hands is the only way to truly ensure the freshness of the ingredients 😊
We've added even more chestnuts to this year's Gongju Chestnut Tiramisu compared to last year!
Last year, we used Okkwang chestnuts, which had a deeper aroma.
This year, we are using standard Gongju chestnuts, which might not quite match the aroma of Okkwang chestnuts—since Okkwang chestnuts cost twice as much 😢—so we added a lot more chestnuts instead! You’ll definitely be able to taste the generous amount of chestnuts in every bite 💕
This is Kyeri’s final autumn dessert of the season.
As autumn comes to an end, we expect even more guests to visit Kyeri.

[Kyeri] 公州（コンジュ）栗ティラミスの物語 🌰
公州で初栗が実ると、一番大きなサイズがKyeriに届けられます。
最近は栗の下処理がされて冷凍や冷蔵で流通しているものも本当に多いですよね。
ですが！Kyeriのデザートに使われる季節の果物は、すべて生の状態で仕入れ、自分たちの手で直接下処理をして使用しています。
もちろん大変で時間もかかりますが、自分たちの手で下処理し、目で見て確認してこそ、素材の新鮮さを確信できると思っています😊
今年のKyeriの「公州栗ティラミス」は、昨年よりも栗をさらにたっぷり入れました。
昨年は「玉光（オクカン）栗」を使用したため香りが濃かったのですが、
今年は「公州栗」を使用しているため、玉光栗ほどの香りは出せません…（玉光栗は公州栗の2倍のお値段なんです😢）。
その分、栗の量をぐっと増やしましたので、栗がごろごろ入っているのを感じていただけると思います💕
