Spanish A2 vs Spanish C2: darkness edition 🌑
"La oscuridad" is the textbook word. Here's how to make the dark sound scary:
La penumbra (half light, gloom)
La sombra (shadow)
Las tinieblas (pitch darkness)
Oscuro como boca de lobo (dark as a wolf's mouth, our way of saying pitch black)
