Games like this don’t go far enough, they highlight only the negative aspects of black culture but don’t make any attempt to include anything positive, how hard would it have been to have a squabble up mode where you put the guns down and kick a fair one. Or call in a care streak vs a kill streak like “Big mama” called to check in on you and that gives a boost to you and nearby players movement. Deeper than that these games desensitize people to the black violence while making it seem like the hood doesn’t have tons of different dynamics within it. Are the Latin gangs included, the mafia, so on and so forth and Let’s not forget The biggest organized group with guns in the hood is the police. We not ready for that conversation though… 🤷♂️

I personally don’t think this is how we should be making games. I also do think that it heavily depends on who developed the games.

Imagine having a “community” that identifies with gang violence. Sounds like y’all have problems, and it’s not because of a video game 😂
