I tried sending pokemon cards recently to grade through @collect with CGC. While the service seems like a good option, has their volume now gotten to a place where other areas take a hit? This order was delayed multiple weeks due to a double invoice error. So I withdrew most cards instead of auctioning, only to have cards get damaged due to sub par shipping.

Credit where it’s due…customer service responsiveness is super quick. The result wasn’t what I hoped but thankfully I hadn’t sent anything super valuable. Definitely something to consider if sending higher end stuff or withdrawing items from their vault right now.

If they crack your old cert PSA 10, it’s going to have to get regraded and likely won’t 10. They’re just going to give you the reholder fee…I can’t imagine “good faith” will equate to the delta between the 10 and new grade if they won’t even give me full cost to reholder a couple cheap cards. Something to think about
