Heading to Austin this weekend for @hotluckfest and then on Sunday night it’s the main event: An American Culinary Curiosity Dinner with the one and only Aaron Franklin at @franklinbbq Backyard!
I can’t tell you how excited I am to collaborate with Aaron, America’s most celebrated pitmaster. Together we’ve put together a menu of rare regional American dishes from all over the country, delicacies that are hard to find outside their hometowns and almost never served in Austin, and Aaron is putting his own unmistakable smoke & fire stamp on every one of them.
