I am screaming this from mountain tops: if you have not picked up this indie release, please please please go! Run!
This is a high romantasy with such an incredibly unique world and magic system. For having so many dark themes, she somehow brought light into the story via the character’s personalities. So many good quotes related to strength and resisting the cage that political figures can try to place you in, which is very much needed in our current world.
Plus, if you order directly from @kategliskeauthor website, you get some pretty cool inclusions and a really pretty special edition while they last!
