Happy Graduation to my students this past round! Joey, Gaston, and Valley rocked it!

The class was intimate and small and we covered so much more than a typical obedience class! Reactivity ready drills for the fall were a huge focus as these pups are headed straight into teenagehood at a time of year where reactivity spikes.

Yes, classes still run on sunday with me! I do have space in the next round if you know anyone who’d like to train with me 😏

Be good, pups! ❤️ your parents worked so hard!

“It was midnight in Manhattan, and the dining situation looked grim,” writes Tony Perrottet. “I’d just bounced across New York Harbor in a motorboat with my friend Diana in the middle of a summer storm and we were both soaked and famished. Now we had to tackle one of the great conundrums of New York in 2026: Where to get a decent late-night meal? “A quick glance down Second Avenue revealed a dispiriting array of closed security grilles—the sort of forlorn prospect that one might expect in Poughkeepsie or Cleveland, not New York, the once-proud ‘city that never sleeps.’ “Then we thought of L’Express. When I called up the classic Lyonnaise restaurant near Gramercy Park, the hostess offered miraculous news: ‘Just get your order in before 1 a.m.!’ I hailed a passing cab and we sped the dozen blocks to the restaurant. “Soon the server produced an array of Gallic gastronomic treats—bowls of rich onion soup gratinée, crisp baby artichokes with a tangy lemon aioli, a steaming vat of mussels cooked in a white wine, thyme, garlic and leek broth, all mopped up with crusty French country bread and washed down with glasses of a pleasing Côte du Rhone. “The near-disastrous evening, we agreed, was a sad reflection of the state of affairs for New York, where late-night dining has never fully recovered from the pandemic. But it also got me thinking. If L’Express was serving until 1 a.m.—3 a.m. on weekend nights—what else was out there in my fair city? “And so I set out on a summer project to investigate the options for finer fare after midnight.” Read more at the link in our bio. 📷: @callakessler for @wsjphotos

DEVELOPING: The Ravens could explore trading star QB Lamar Jackson this offseason if the two sides fail to reach a contract extension, per Ian Rapoport. Jackson, who's in the fourth year of his 5-year/$260M deal, carries an $84.34M cap hit in 2027 and holds both no-trade and no-tag clauses, meaning he would have to approve any trade. The Ravens reportedly attempted to negotiate an extension with Jackson after Jesse Minter was hired, but he balked. In March 2023, Falcons owner Arthur Blank declined to pursue a trade for Jackson after the Ravens placed the non-exclusive franchise tag on him, citing concerns about Jackson's playing style and durability. Nearly four years later, Atlanta still hasn't solved the QB position and could re-enter the Jackson sweepstakes with a win-now offense in place headlined by Bijan Robinson, Drake London, and Kyle Pitts. Lamar Jackson to the Falcons would send shockwaves through the league 🅰️
