8,5 часов под углом 90 градусов, или Как «Аэрофлот» забывает про остальных пассажиров

Вчера у меня был, пожалуй, самый тяжелый перелет в жизни: из Москвы до Сахалина.

Дело в том, что на борту перевозили лежачего пассажира на носилках. Сразу хочу подчеркнуть: я абсолютно всё понимаю, человеческий фактор и здоровье людей — это приоритет. Пассажир на носилках ни в чем не виноват, и я искренне желаю ему скорейшего выздоровления.

Но есть другая сторона ситуации. Чтобы установить носилки, спинки сидений четырех рядов после моего места сложили вперед. Из-за этого спинки кресел жестко зафиксировались в вертикальном положении и уперлись в мою и моего соседа . В итоге мы с соседом провели все 8,5 часов в положении «смирно», без возможности даже немного откинуть спинку и отдохнуть.

Я человек неконфликтный. Устраивать скандал со стюардессами на борту было бесполезно — они выполняют инструкции, да и ситуацию это бы не изменило. Но у меня возникает огромный вопрос к логистике и сервису авиакомпании.

Я купила билет точно так же, как и все остальные пассажиры — за полную стоимость, а не со скидкой «за экстремальные условия полета». Почему при организации перевозки лежачего больного не учитывается комфор

I had the absolute pleasure of working for CB himself, Jada & the entire Camp Breezy (AGAIN OMG) on the R&B Tour Houston!! To be valued and liked enough to be called to another city, during the same tour, has my heart SO full. It was a perfect week of long nights, fire sets and bonding with a team I’m so happy to have been apart of.
