Happy 34th Anniversary to Us! NOT 35 ! Apologies on my Math!
Thanks to the Lord for Being Our Glue and Graceš¤
Thirty-four years of marriageā¦ and life LIFEāN!
Weāve had some challenging days, and weāve had some really great days.
Over the years weāve worked through a near divorce, rushed our first born to the hospital due to a bacteria that was almost fatal, got through an allergic reaction that was a close call for our youngest, faced the news that Rodney had diabetes and 15 years later that I had cancerous polyps.
We made it through COVID and Are Finally out of an Employment drought.
The Lord has Kept US.
After 34 years, we know exactly what buttons to pushāand weāve matured in Christ enough to know when to leave those buttons alone! š
Rodney is WAY neater than I am, but he never complains about my clothes laid over the chair.
Iāve been blowing my nose or sneezing for almost this entire marriage
He still chews the gristle off the chicken bone !
Seafood is Amongst our Favorite Foods and we like so many of the same foods.
Along with our Sons,
We have been to Half of the worldās Water Parks, Our Sons Still travel with us on Trips, We are learning how to do social media content together and we still serve on the Worship Team Together and do gigs together for ALL these years.. You, on Percussion and Me, on Vocals for 28 years and countingā¦ on the same stage, at the same churchš¶š¶š¶ Ok, Iām letting that all sink in.
Man! I try hard to not give inā¦ You still make me Laugh- with yo silly self!
Most Importantly,
We Both Love Jesus and Have Accepted Him in Our Hearts, as our Lord and Savior šš¾
And After thatā¦ Our greatest shared JOY is loving our sons and being so proud of the men they have become.
Thirty-four years of persevering, maturing, learning, laughing, and a whole lotta praying!!
For Better, For Worse.
In Sickness and in Health.
For Richer or Poorerā¦
Until Death do us part.
