A bike lane advocate’s bike is handcuffed to the back of a police car‘s bike rack after the Rider was arrested for mischief. The writer had taken a construction “bike lane closed” sign, and attached it to their bike. They were the second arrest of the day on the site where the Bloor Street bike lines are being removed.
