For those who know me, you know I LOVE bringing people together. Especially when it means creating opportunities for others.

Got to share a few thoughts during our @cofacc_official national strategic planning meeting about something I really believe in; we spend so much time investing in our members, but are we investing enough in the leaders doing all the work?

Why? Cuz gosh-darn-it, leading and serving takes a LOT. And I’ve learned that you can’t keep pouring into everyone else without growing yourself too.

And now our @philamchambercommerceofga team has the opportunity to be the HOST CHAMBER for COFACC Atlanta 2027! 🎉

A TWO-DAY national summit bringing together a coalition of 62+ chambers and associations (and counting!) from across the country!!!

I mean, HOW COOL IS THAT?! 😂❤️

And yes, I’m navigating menopause right in the middle of all this. Some days my energy is great. Other days, you know how it dooo. 😂

But one thing hasn’t changed. I still LOVE serving, learning, meeting people, and being part of something bigger than myself. 🙌🏼

I’m also learning to pace myself, lean on my team, and remember that I don’t have to do everything to make a difference.

And speaking of TEAM 🎊 I’m SO proud of our PACCGA crew for taking this on. We’ve got a lot of work ahead of us, but I couldn’t be more excited about what we’re building together.
