The first time I spoke publicly outside of a small Bible study, I was standing in a prison—and I was terrified.

My heart was pounding so hard that my tie was bouncing up and down. I didn’t feel like a confident speaker. I just knew I had something to share and that God had brought me there for a reason.

Looking back, that moment reminds me that God doesn’t wait for us to feel fearless before He calls us to step out. Sometimes we just have to say yes, nerves and all. 🙏
