The first time I spoke publicly outside of a small Bible study, I was standing in a prison—and I was terrified.

My heart was pounding so hard that my tie was bouncing up and down. I didn’t feel like a confident speaker. I just knew I had something to share and that God had brought me there for a reason.

Looking back, that moment reminds me that God doesn’t wait for us to feel fearless before He calls us to step out. Sometimes we just have to say yes, nerves and all. 🙏 taken in Valencia, California by @glorytimemovement

🕷️ SIN RARELY STARTS BIG.

It often begins with something that feels small.

One compromise.
One secret.
One unchecked thought.
One “just this once.”

Like the tiny bite of a black widow, the point of entry may seem insignificant—but what enters can begin affecting far more than where it started.

That’s why Scripture warns us:

“Sin, when it is fully grown, brings forth death.” — James 1:15

The danger of sin isn’t only what it looks like right now.
It’s where it can lead when we keep feeding it, hiding it, and making peace with it.

But the Gospel gives us hope. ✝️

Sin brings death. Jesus brings life.
Sin enslaves. Jesus sets free.
Sin condemns. Jesus forgives.

Don’t protect the poison.

Bring it into the light.
Confess it.
Repent.
Run to Jesus.

What starts small doesn’t have to consume you. Jesus is greater.

💾 Save this reminder.

Imagine yourself as a disciple in the boat.

You’ve been in the ocean for years as a fisherman and know how the ocean moves, but this night was dangerous in the water.

As you are thinking whether you will live or die, the man you’ve been following is now walking in the water. by @glorytimemovement

Be bold. Share Jesus. Don’t let fear keep you silent.

Today at the gym, I had the opportunity to pray for another man and point him to Jesus Christ. You never know what someone is carrying, what they’re facing, or how one moment of obedience could impact their life.

We are called to be the hands and feet of Jesus wherever we go—not just inside a church building.

Pray for people. Encourage people. Tell them about Jesus.

Someone’s eternity may be on the other side of your obedience. taken in Anaheim, California by @glorytimemovement

Faith doesn’t just believe—it moves.

These men refused to let the crowd, the roof, or the impossible stop them from bringing their friend to Jesus. And when Jesus saw their faith, everything changed.

“Son, thy sins be forgiven thee.” — Mark 2:5 KJV

May we have the kind of faith that carries people to Jesus when they can’t get there on their own. 🙏 taken in Anaheim, California by @glorytimemovement

My life has been forever changed by the power of Jesus Christ.

In some of my darkest days, Jesus reached down and pulled me out of the pit. I was lost in addiction at a young age, but today I am walking in true freedom because of Him.

The same freedom is available to you. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.

Jesus died on the cross for our sins and rose again three days later, defeating sin and death so that we could be forgiven, set free, and have eternal life with Him.
