First bodybuilding show ✅… yes I chose this one because I saw it’s Dragon Ball themed 🐉

NPC Men’s Physique
🥇 True Novice
🥈 Open
🥉 Novice

No prep coach (definitely hiring one for future shows!)

Huge thanks to my posing coach @cbposing go check him out for posing 👌🏼

You learn a lot about yourself when you try something new, and that was a big reason I wanted to do this in the first place.

Growing up as the “skinny kid” with burn scars across my legs, hip, and arm, I would’ve called you crazy if you told me this is where I’d be just a few years ago. Hopefully, my journey encourages someone else to take a chance on themselves and try something they never thought they could do.

I’m proud of what I brought to this show and excited to see how much I can improve next time around. 😏

I’m grateful for everyone who supported me throughout this process, especially my wife @_hannahrusk ❤️

Congratulations to all the competitors and thank you @southernmuscleshowdown , @danrayphoto , @liquidsunrayz , the vendors, and the show staff for making it an awesome experience. 💪🏼

And I got to meet @mikethebadass so that’s cool 😎

Sus my recent core guide linked you won’t be disappointed

If God doesn’t give you what you want, he gives you something better.

After my first fight with Diego, I received so much backlash. People were so quick to kick me when I was down, people were so quick to hurt me when I was already in pain. The worst part is… most of it came from my own people.

But throughout it all there was someone who always believed, there was someone who never doubted me even for a second. You know who did?

GOD DID.

Thank you to my loyal fans who have supported me no matter what. Thank you to my incredible team.
All of you are very much appreciated.

Trust the process. 🤝🏻
