You keep using that word. I don’t think it means what you think it means. Why would I care if it’s diminishing? I’m not trying to reach most of my muscular potential. I’m trying to maximize it.

Now if you wanted to argue doing different variations for the same muscle group and less total sets for the individual exercises…now we have a debate on our hands 👀
