Last night was pretty special 👏🥂✨

The Raising the Future Event @thehubonverulam for parents of Generation Alpha & Beta.

It was a beautiful and insightful evening, well done to Ellie and Hannah and thank you so much for inviting us to host the best panel 🙏👌in the most gorgeous venue.

Lucy and I hosted a panel around the theme of ‘Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies’ and how we can support our children to thrive in our modern world.

The evening consisted of 3 panels and the other 2 were centred around ‘Parenting in the age of smartphones’ and ‘emotional resilience’

Let’s keep having these important conversations and safe spaces where we normalise different experiences and versions of parenting and get clear advice so we feel less alone and overwhelmed as parents 🙌🩵
