A heartfelt thank you to @nolteacademy for hosting an amazing week of ballet for all 2nd graders in the ICCSD! Our young students were captivated by your outstanding dancers as they brought the storybook ballet Penny and the Wolf to life @thejamestheater! 🎭
Because of the Any Given Child fine arts program, ALL children in the ICCSD have opportunities to experience the magic of the arts! In preparation for the performance, students learned in music class about the instruments they would hear and how each instrument represents a different animal in the ballet. What a wonderful way to connect music, storytelling, and dance!
Thank you to @nolteacademy and @thejamestheater for partnering with us to make this memorable experience possible for our ICCSD students! 🩰✨

![BMKG detected the spread of smoke from forest and land fires in Kalimantan reaching Jakarta’s atmosphere on Friday (October 16, 2026). According to BMKG’s satellite imagery at 1 PM local time, smoke was detected across multiple regions in Indonesia, including Jakarta, Banten, West Java, and East Java, as well as parts of Sumatra, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Maluku, and Papua. BMKG emphasized that the imagery only shows the presence and distribution of smoke in the atmosphere, not the actual concentration of pollutants at ground level. The public is therefore advised to take precautionary measures.
