I am RARELY wrong about a weight selection for a client and almost never with one I have been with for a while.
Over a year with this guy and he still doesn’t believe in his abilities as much as I do. But he continues to improve because he agrees to try any and everything I ever present.

We spent most of last year regaining confidence in his shoulder that he had just graduated from PT for. He has loved the challenge of Turkish get ups and now they are a metric we use for how his body is feeling overall every week.

We’re now pushing hard on active mobility and work capacity for him to have the snowboard season he wants to have for the last year in his 40s 🤘🏼
