I’ve been pushing to get the foreign language documents and materials in the Epstein Files publicly released because Jeffrey Epstein and other predators used the international modeling industry to give themselves cover to sex traffic girls and young women.

As @justineandronici writes in her incredible 4-part series “The Pipeline to Predators” for @ms_magazine: “young women with big dreams, steered toward powerful men who often abused them.”

Hiiiiiiiiiii! I’m on hiatus starting today 10/16. Between the flooding, the repairs, and staffing, the last few months have been a bit of an uphill battle. I need a little time to recover, regroup, and make a plan for tackling the holiday season.

Why does a pad still come in a brown bag?

That's the question 17-year-old Alayna has been asking for four years.

What began as her passion project, All By Alayna, turned into bags sold at school carnivals. She raised over PKR 100,000 and donated it to girls' education in underprivileged schools.

This time she went further. With the Rotary Club Sunset Millennium of Karachi and Santex (Butterfly), Alayna installed free pad dispensers in the girls' washrooms at The House of Learning, Karachi.

No brown bags. No shame. No girl missing school because she couldn't afford a pad.

As her mother Aisha said, she's always been an empathetic child, but no one knew it would become this.

Periods are natural. Access should be too. 🩸
