It's been so windy......apparently a soccer ball came into the yard? Well now it's Puma's ๐คทโโ๏ธ
Also, sciatica update. Apparently I somehow managed to "twist" my pelvis. So my right side has an anterior tilt and my left side has a posterior tilt, and the twist has caused the sciatica.....so that's fun ๐. Luckily I was given some exercises and today felt some relief after 2 of them ๐. Made it all the way home in and hour plus of traffic without needing to stop!!
