Our Whole Grain Stamp Program Manager Vik Bensen made the trek across town to @chesse_cheese's warehouse, picking up goodies and chatting with fellow cheese-lovers while there.
You don't have to find a warehouse to enjoy traditional cheeses. International Raw Milk Cheese Appreciation Day is on Saturday -- the perfect opportunity to run to a store near you and try a few new-to-you cheeses (and share them with others!).
