Miss D

Happy National Boss’s Day to the guy behind the business, and the one I’m proud to stand beside!

Running your own business takes so much more than the craftsmanship. It takes dedication, countless hours, problem solving, and a level of commitment most people never see.
When the shop closes, your work doesn't stop. You're coming home to quotes, drawings, numbers, emails, and everything else it takes to keep the business moving and meet your clients’ needs/expectations.
I see the time, energy, and thought you put into this business every single day.
What makes me especially proud is watching you make a conscious effort to grow in how you communicate with people. You've always been honest and direct, but seeing you put extra thought and care into how your words are received has been wonderful to witness. That effort is making a difference, and I hope you recognize that.
I'm proud of the business you've built, the attention to detail you give, and the person you continue to become. I'm grateful to be beside you, and working behind the scenes to help keep it all moving.

Keeeeep going! 🤗✨️😁
