Zutaten: Cheesecake Basis: 200g Skyr (-alternative) 100g Joghurt nach Wahl 25g Vanille Puddingpulver Süße nach Wahl Zupfkuchen Topping: 25g Mehl 15g Kakaopulver 1 EL Nussmus 1/2 EL Margarine 1/2 EL Frischkäse nach Wahl 1,5 EL Erythrit Schluck Milchnach Wahl Zubereitung: Alles für die Cheesecake Masse miteinander vermischen bis eine einheitliche Masse entsteht. Anschließend alles für die Streusel vermischen und auf die Cheesecake Basis geben.
