Introducing Le Kafta Élégant, a collaboration between myself and @hajjnasr.lb 🇱🇧🤝
After weeks of research, development, and ingredient sourcing, we’re proud to present our concept sandwich, available for just $17.50. And yes, the price is justified.
Our homemade healthy pita bread is crafted from heritage wheat grown exclusively on our private land in the Bekaa Valley, harvested by hand under optimal moonlight conditions.
Our kafta is made from 100% pure organic, boneless, grass-fed beef from free-range cows that also supply the milk for our artisanal cheese.
Our toum and mayo contain absolutely no oil. Instead, we use premium, locally sourced, flavorless yogurt.
(The tarboush we drizzle on top of the sandwich is complimentary by the way)
Our first 12 sandwiches sold out yesterday, so hurry up and order yours before they’re gone!
