Washington, D.C. - Arlington National Cemetery, John F. Kennedy & Jacqueline Onassis Kennedy’s gravesite, along with brothers Robert and Edward Kennedy, and the “Tomb of the Unknown Soldier” & Changing of the Guards.🇺🇸
What an impressive, yet somber experience. It is the final resting place for over 400,000 service members, a view that sets deep in your heart, …the view of graves seems endless.
It was a 50 min walk from my hotel to this historic site and it was worth every step. Actually, it was a tiny price compared to these brave soldiers’ sacrifices.
If you visit Washington D.C., this should most definitely be on your list of things to do.
